There are two great ways for recent college and MBA graduates to embark on successful careers at Destination Maternity Corporation: the Executive Training Program and the Internship Program. Both allow for the team member to learn about the
many facets of the company quickly, and
prepare for a successful, full-time position at Destination Maternity Corporation.

Executive Training Program . Full-time,
1-year, paid opportunity

Looking for a fast track to the top?
Destination Maternity Corporation Executive Training Program offers an accelerated path. Participants experience a whirlwind tour of the company to prepare them for the opportunity to take on fulltime roles within the company after "graduation" from the program.

For one year, participants are immersed in key facets of the company, rotating between a store position, the planning department, merchandising department, and one other department of choice. During each rotation, the trainee is expected to be a fully functional member of the department, taking part in the work and making sound business decisions. Trainees are required to report regularly to the President and CEO, and to evaluate the business, recommending improvements. Once participants have successfully completed the rotational program, they're placed in full-time, permanent positions.

Internship Program - full- or part-time, semester-based, paid opportunity

Whether you are a local college student, home on summer break, or a recent graduate…we offer paid, full-time or part-time internships in merchandising, design, and technical design. Destination Maternity Corporation also participates in most college credit programs, providing guidance and student/professor feedback. Our internships are a great way to experience the role of an Assistant Designer, Assistant Buyer or Technical Designer and supplement your classroom training.
